UPDATE: James Has Updated This Product. This Offer Is No Longer Valid

James Brausch has a product called RaSof. Feel free to check it out at www.rasof.com

Also, make sure you click the Subscribe link at the bottom so you can see that it costs $1,000 USD per month!!!

Everyone can benefit from the results of this service, but the cost makes it prohibitive.

So, I’m offering a single site analysis using RaSof for $50. You can order as many times as you want and on as many domains as you want as frequently as you want. But each time I run the analysis for you, it will cost $50.

In order for me to run your site through RaSof, I need three things from you:

Your domain URL (like www.mikeloovani.com)

Your site keyword (like “Internet Business” as itis for James)

Your email address for the results

I will then run your keywords and site through RaSof for each engine currently available in his software (currently Google, Yahoo, and MSN) and will email you the results in HTML format. RaSof results are not pretty so don’t expect this. They are raw results.

To place your order, contact me here:

mike@ the domain you are currently visiting.

Articles are big right now and they are extremely hot in terms of a strategy for direct marketing. Even if all you do is submit a series of articles to some of the free ezines on the internet you will have a measure of success. Many of these sites have high rankings with Google and attract a lot of traffic. Because most of the article publishers have a resource box that allows you to put in a short bio and a link to your website this is good news.

Write articles that specifically relate to the content of your site this will give people more encouragement to click on the link in the resource box. They are far more likely to do this if the substance of the article bears a direct relationship to the website address and information that is in the resource box. People are more likely to trust the business methods of a published author than they are the business methods of a faceless and voiceless stranger. Articles bring you closer to your audience/clients and allow you to connect with them in such a way that they are easier to sell to.

Articles can also work as a product in their own right when it comes to direct marketing. With some changes, probably forty to fifty percent of the article (the search engines are hot on duplicate content)you can sell the same article over and over again because you sell it to people under what is known as a private label right. This allows them to change the title, mess around with the content and market it under their own name or on their own website.

More importantly submitting articles to the ezine sites will eventually drive more traffic to your website. You need increased traffic if you are to see a growth in sales or make an impression with a new product that you are marketing. What happens is that the article sites rank well with Google this means that when the search engines crawl the article sites they also crawl your article and resource box. This in turn increases your traffic (more ad revenue especially pay by click) and broadens your chances of marketing your service or product.

There are a number of different strategies that you can use in direct and online marketing. One of these strategies is mailing. You might think that mailing is expensive, but it needn’t be even if you are using old fashioned snail mail there are special offers available to make this more cost effective. Since the onset of the internet the biggest and most popular mailing strategy is email. You can get software that enables you to send out hundreds of emails in a matter of seconds, more to the point such software will also help to deal with the responses.

If you decide to use mailing as one of your direct marketing strategies then you really need a good list. Lists come from a number of sources, the first of these being your own inhouse existing client base. These customers know both you and your products and are satisfied to the degree that most of them would consider doing business with you again – however, this is not necessarily what you envisaged if your primary aim is to increase your customer base.

A second list that you might consider are your own best potential clients. This list will come from a number of different sources. It could be that you have the names and addresses of top firms that you have seen advertised in magazines or on the internet, or it might be that you have had some contact with one or two industry leaders in the past. All of these should be on your mailing list along with clients you have previously spoken with/mailed and you are waiting for their response, and finally people who may have signed up for your newsletter (assuming that you have instigated this strategy}.

Once you have your list built the next stage is to send out six short, separate mailings regarding your new product/offers/services. Each one will have a little more punch than the one before. The other thing you should learn about mailings is the need to thank people for taking the time to read the mail, make them a free offer, build the up, offer them samples, that kind of thing. In any successful mailing the idea is to offer the recipients something and to thank them every time. If you only get one big order out of all this mailing, and the law of averages says that you should get around a 3-5% response rate, then this has more than paid for the mailing costs and given you yet another satisfied customer.

This will be a four part post covering four direct marketing strategies you absolutely must take advantage of. This post will serve as an overview for those to come so stay tuned! Signup over there on the right to be notified when new posts are made to this blog so you won’t miss a thing!

There are a number of strategies and tactics that successful companies use in direct and online marketing. One important factor that you should take account of in any marketing campaign whether it is on or offline is mailing.

Mailing

Who do you mail to you might ask, well if you have got anywhere in marketing you will already have at least one list. The first list is your company list of past and present clients, this is where you should begin with your mailing. They have already done business with you at some time and have been satisfied with your products. They trust you, so you start with them. Next on the list are your own hand picked prospects. The ones you may have seen listed in magazines or on the internet, people who may have responded to an ad or industry leaders that you have spoken with at some point. There may also be some earlier prospective clients that you have called or mailed once or twice and are awaiting a response. You should have about a hundred names on this list, the idea is that even one order resulting from that mailing is worth the trouble of the mail.

Article Writing

Everybody these days is writing content, or having content written for them. Articles are big when it comes to direct online marketing, whether you are using them to attract customers or whether you are using them as a private label product i.e. selling them for other people to use under their own name. Yet another way of using articles as a direct marketing strategy is to submit them to a number of sites – because these sites will have a high ranking with Google, and because such sites allow you to put your own website address in the resource box, this will give you a higher ranking and drive lots more traffic to your site.

News Letters

News letters are a good way of building a client list and of informing large numbers of people about your products and any new products and campaigns that you may be running. Most businesses will use email response services for these as news letters have the potential to generate a lot of traffic to your site. At the very least people will sign up for a news letter who may not already be on your client list and this will help in list building, and advantage when it comes to sending out mailings.

SEO

SEO or search engine optimization is a vital tool in online marketing. Search engine optimization at its most basic level means undertaking keyword research so that you know what the search engines are picking up and use those keywords in your articles and campaigns to drive more traffic to your site. Without traffic on the internet any direct marketing campaign is dead in its tracks this is a vital strategy to learn if you are dealing in online marketing.

In this market, product launches have become one of the pre-dominant methods of making money. You can see this technique used almost daily. The method, made common by Jeff Walker, is very effective if used correctly. It has a way a drawing you in to what is being sold. It is designed to do this. Incidentally, I highly recommend Jeff Walker’s Product Launch Formula.

Once JV’s (Joint Venture) are involved, and advanced affiliate techniques are used, you end up with what looks like many product launches and hyped up emails, pre-sell sites, etc all convincing you that you must buy this latest product. Some say that the product launch is losing its effectiveness due to the onslaught of pitches everyone receives.

The reality, however, is that this technique isn’t going anywhere. I’m not saying that it isn’t losing effectiveness, but I am saying it is still a very effective technique and, from a consumer standpoint, if you are in the market for what is being offered, you would be crazy not to pay attention to this post.

One affiliate technique is to offer a bonus to people that they can only receive by purchasing through their affiliate link and sometimes sending them a copy of the digital receipt. No doubt, the majority of emails you will receive in regards to a product launch will have some kind of unique bonus to offer. Often, these bonus are junk, but their sales copy will help to convince that it is a fantastic bonus.

Product launches are designed with timetables and pressure. The common method is to only accept the first X number of purchases, or the price will increase after X number of purchases. Or, the door closes on X date at X time of that day and will not be open again.

Here is the reality:

The doors will almost always open again. If you follow any advanced marketers, one thing you might hear is how the door will in fact close on X date at X time on that day. This is true. And, there will be a signup form where you can signup to be notified if it ever opens again. But, there is always a refund percentage…Always. There may be a few or a lot, but as soon as there are enough, the doors will open again and usually many more than the number of refunds will be accepted. Sometimes this happens quickly after the initial launch, and other times it takes months before the doors open again. A case in point is the StomperNet launch. Goto www.stompernet.com and signup for their notification list. I’d bet anything that as soon as they open the doors again, you’ll have early access to join since you are on their list.

Advanced launch marketers will probably not tell you, but they might, that they love refunds. It allows them to open the door once again. They may have had 6 refunds, but when the doors open again, they’ll accept 23 more without blinking. And, now they have a list of people who didn’t make it the first time, but who signed up and said let be one of the first to know when this program or product opens up again. The majority of the time, they don’t even need to do another launch or JV deal. Just an email to their list of opt-in prospects is all it takes. I’ve done it and it works flawlessly.

Now, let me tell you how to use this as a consumer. This is common sense, but as soon as the sale copy starts being read, it start to control you with the implied urgency and you forget common things, like sense. Instead of jumping at the first offer of a new product because you don’t want to get left behind, wait for a while.

A while could mean an hour or it could mean a day. It depends on the launch. But, you want to make sure you have time to review each an every affiliate offer and their bonuses. Which one matches your business goals and objectives? Does the bonus help you, or does it stray from the current direction you are headed in. If it does not help you with your current direction, don’t buy it.

Most product launches do not sell out within the first hour. But, they want you to believe that. They have to create that sense of urgency. It helps to part you from your money. That sentence makes it sound like launches are a bad thing. They are not. There have been many fantastic products launched and the exposure received from launching is incomparable to that if they did not use a launch.

So, pick the affilite wisely and make sure their bonus has a direct and immediate benefit to you and the current direction of your business.

Too many people seem to be finding their way into markets they should never be in. Let me give an example. Both the pregnancy, and baby markets are both potentially very lucrative. If you are a single male or female, how in the world do you think you are going to write content for this market? You have not even the faintest clue about the lives of the people in this market and your ability to connect with them will be greatly diminished.

Can you outsource the content? Sure, but are you going to outsource every single web page, every single email, every single support or contact response, etc? If you try to just “wing it” yourself and you don’t get very good results, well, I just explained why.

You can go into markets you are not familiar with, but if you find yourself having to pretend to be someone in that market, you are going to find very poor results. This is why it is best to start off with markets you know something about or are at least very interested in.

Don’t go by the number of searches in any given month. Instead, look for affiliates. If you can find multiple affiliates for the market you are investigating, then you know there is a liklihood of success for you. Affiliate marketing can be extremely effective and there are people who make six figures just through affiliate marketing. My experience with affiliate marketing has made it into much more of a testing method than anything else.

I will promote someone else’s product just long enough to see if the market is worth pursuing. If it is, I have my own product created, and steer my affiliate marketing now to my own product marketing. Not only does this help to test a market, but if you have some affiliate sales, this helps to offset the costs of testing the marketing. It’s a win-win.

Market testing is one of the most important aspects of marketing. Marketing testing using offline Direct Marketing if much more difficult and expensive. Here, online, it is very simple and inexpensive. $50-80 and I already know if I will enter a market or move on to the next. We’ll get more into the tactics of this method very soon. For now, go find some affiliates in your potential market, make sure it is one you are familiar with or interested in, and try promoting their products as an affiliate. See what kind of results you get.

Let me take a moment and be direct with you. The title of this entry and the question I want to ask you is “Do You Have A Big Picture?”. Well, do you? Do you have a vision for your business and do you set goals. Even more, do you measure whether actions taken bring you closer to your goals and your ultimate vision? Or do you just jump from one opportunity to the next hoping to strike it rich in a very short period of time. If you are the latter, then you pay attention and start thinking differently.

If you have no vision, you have no direction. I’m not talking about some arbitrary words written into law by some board and then left at that. I am talking about a true vision. Even if you never write it down, which you should, do you have a clear definition in your mind of where you want to go with your business? Do the actions you make on a daily basis bring you closer to your vision?

At time of writing, I have only one product linked to this blog (Ultra Article Blaster). And, that product is actually a rebranded version of someone else’s product. If you know the name of the original version of this product, you know that I am selling my rebranded version for less than 1/10th of the retail price. Have I gone mad? Am I crazy? This is a high quality product that produces dramatic results for article marketing and I am selling it for pennies on the dollar. Why?

You make your own call on my madness, but the reality is that I have a focused path, many goals, many sets of laid out plans, and much more that all culminate into my vision for this market. This post was written long before its post date and it was planned to be released the first time my staff was contacted about my rebranded product. That day has come and so here is the post.

If you are just jumping from one opportunity to the next, you are likely never going to make any real money in marketing. By the time you have given one opportunity a chance, you have already started on the next and the vicious cycle continues. It is a never ending loop with nothing but discouragement along the way.

Is there some crazy chance that I may have a much bigger vision in mind and that selling Ultra Article Blaster at an insanely low price is inline with this vision? You bet. While that vision will unfold over time and you will see first hand, I want you to understand that you too need a vision, a Big Picture. If you don’t have it and you don’t take focused action that is inline with your vision and goals, you will struggle where others will succeed. If you want true financial freedom, you need to develop your business, not your marketing JOB.

If you have read anything that I write, you already know that I place a high importance on article marketing. If you are not a writer then having to create many articles for your market may seem a little daunting. Let me just say, in advance, that I am not a writer. Way back in the school days, I never did well in any class that required a lot of writing. I just didn’t like to write and I didn’t like how much time it took to write.

So, when I first started in online marketing, and eventually stumbled onto article marketing, I tried to write a few articles and then I got bored. I didn’t like it and I was reminded of the old school days. So, I started trying the automated article “manufacturing” techniques. There are so many article manufacturing software programs out there and if you read their sales letters, you’ll eventually want to buy them all. Let me save you some time and a lot of money, just say no!

I have yet to find an article manufacturing program that did anything but create duplicate or junk content. Both of those will do very little for you and your online business. The junk content generation tools can actually do much worse for your business than even the wasted time you’ll find with duplicate content generation tools.

The problem is the source of the content and the intelligence of the software application. Generated content just never reads like the written or typed word. Improper sentences, improper grammar, and many more and commonalities. If you submit junk content articles, what publisher do you think will accept your submission and post your article? Ask yourself this question of every article you submit: If someone submitted that article to you for you to publish on your site or directory, would you? If it was junk content, I’m sure you would not.

No matter what, you are going to have to write articles. There aren’t any shortcuts unless you outsource (which I don’t always recommend), which is why I highly recommend you work in markets you personally enjoy. At least, you should follow this path when you are starting out.

There are ways to take the articles you have written and have their effectiveness increased dramatically. I had this same need. As I said earlier, writing was not my favorite thing to do. So, when I stumbled upon this method, I fell in love with it immediately. What if you could take your article and increase its promotion effectiveness by over 1500%. There are no extra zero’s in there. Over 1500%! If you want to learn more, check out Ultra Article Blaster under “My Software” over there on the right.

I have received numerous emails regarding article archiving and how to do this properly. I recently described the many reasons why you should be archiving your articles on your website. I need to make an addition to that post if you use one-page sales letters as I do for certain markets with regard to archiving articles properly.

If you use one-page sales letters, you should not have any links on your landing page (the default page for that domain) except a link that allows the visitor to purchase your product, a link that shows testimonials (and this is optional), or a link that will show a video of your product/service in action.

I know this falls counter to many beliefs since the Google changes, aka Google Slap, etc, but here is my method and it has worked flawlessly for years. More importantly, it has outlived every change that has happened in the search engine industry.

Since the recent Google changes over the past few months, the one-page sales letter has been eliminated in the minds of some Internet Marketers. And they are right to an extent. Google has made it very clear that the do not want to rank one-page sales letters and that you will most likely pay enormous AdWords fees if you run a one-page sales letter.

I am not simply and Internet Marketer. I have never claimed to be. I am a direct marketer. That is very different from simply an Internet Marketer. I use methods that others don’t or won’t. Did you know there was advertising offline as well? Of course you did, but have you ever used it? Part of what I want to discuss in this blog is the effectiveness of offline marketing tactics, but this post is on article archiving.

My method for archiving means having an article directory on your domain, but no link to that directory from the homepage. The article directory, however, has a link to the homepage. So, my domains have a folder called “articles” where there is a listing of my articles as well as articles submitted by other marketers. This article listing page also has a link to the homepage on that domain. So, if someone views an article on my article directory, there is a link right there for them to visit my homepage and see the one-page sales letter.

This has proven exceptionally effective. The other method I will sometimes use is a “content site” or “mini-network” where I build other sites that just contain content as well as my articles; and then drive the traffic from those sites to my one-page sales letter. This method isn’t all that advanced, but because it requires more work, most people choose not do it and they miss out on a tremendous amount of traffic. This is also what allows you to be more resilient to search engine changes. Done correctly, changes at the search engines would not eliminate traffic on all your content sites. It’s simple diversification.

So, create a directory, create a page to list all of your articles, upload your articles to this directory, and link to them from the page you created for listing the articles. Also, on that page, put a link to your homepage. I think I will also release software to help with this purpose. Would anyone be interested in using software that would create this article directory for you and allow others to submit their articles as well?
